An individual’s social network has been shown to be one of
the most important factors affecting his or her well being. J.L. Moreno, the
founder of psychodrama and sociometry, was one of the first mental health
professionals to be aware of this fact. In this workshop, we will explore action
methods developed by Moreno to examine and change an individual’s social

There are many techniques used to assist people achieve
personal meaning from their dreams. This varies from the interpretive methods of
Sigmund Freud to the lucid dreaming methods of Ann Faraday. In this workshop, we
